Bob's Repair, a locally owned and growing AC & Heating company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, is looking for a skilled and experienced Solar Panel Installation Specialist (minimum of 1 years experience) to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for career advancement in a supportive work environment.
Job Summary:
As an Solar Panel Installation Specialist, you will work directly under the Lead Solar Installer, assisting with all aspects of solar installations. We are looking for a dependable and hard-working professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Compensation:
$18 - $24 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities:
Install solar panels, racking systems, and related components on roofs Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Work on ladders and rooftops in various weather conditions Assist in the layout, assembly, and wiring of solar arrays Follow site plans, schematics, and safety protocols Troubleshoot and resolve onsite installation issues Complete required paperwork and assigned tasks efficiently Adapt to changes and follow all standard operating procedures Maintain a clean and professional appearance Maintain a clean and organized job site
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of Solar installation experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to pass a background check Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environment Excellent work ethic and professionalism Ability to read and interpret HVAC wiring diagrams Ability to lift 50+ lbs, kneel, crouch, and stand for long periods Drug-free workplace compliance
