Job Overview Building out new product The Personal power plant. Leveraging solar, wind and batteies. Equity opportunity for the right canidate! We are seeking a motivated and skilled Solar Installer Electrician to join our dynamic renewable energy team. . A strong background in electrical work, construction experience, and familiarity with photovoltaic systems are essential to succeed in this energetic role. Duties Install photovoltaic solar panels, inverters, wiring, and electrical components according to blueprints and schematics Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise system installation Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques to maintain optimal system performance Ensure all work complies with NEC (National Electrical Code), NFPA 70 standards, and electrical safety procedures Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and roofing equipment safely during outdoor installations on various structures Conduct electrical diagnostics and testing to verify system functionality before commissioning Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate installation schedules and ensure site safety protocols are followed Requirements Proven experience as a commercial electrician with a focus on photovoltaic or renewable energy systems Strong knowledge of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems, including working with NEC and NFPA 70 standards Experience reading electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for complex installations Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, ladders, scaffolding, and roofing equipment safely Familiarity with electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting electrical systems, and fixture installation techniques Construction site experience with outdoor work environments; roofing experience is a plus Knowledge of electrical safety procedures specific to outdoor renewable energy projects Working as a solar technician or in onshore renewable energy projects is highly desirable Ability to work independently or as part of a team in physically demanding outdoor conditions Join us in shaping the future of clean energy!
