Position Summary The entry level Solar Install Technician will assist with onsite solar installation jobs. Duties and Responsibilities assists leads, onsite, with solar installation jobs optimizes solar panels moves materials up to roof/work area maintains jobsite cleanliness and order assists with attic work assists with troubleshooting, as needed practices safety standards Requirements and Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving history. Must have professional experience working outdoors and at heights. Must be able to carry 40 pounds up a ladder. Must be able to work in all types of weather. Must be a team player. Must enjoy interacting with homeowners. Foster a positive and safe working environment through behavior and attitude. Must be willing to get OSHA certified (paid for by the company). Ability to diagnose and repair deficiencies in solar products while in the field.
