Infinity Solar USA is expanding our team and looking for a Lead Solar Installer to drive our mission of delivering high-quality, green energy solutions while upholding our culture of teamwork, integrity, and innovation. Oversee and execute the installation of solar systems with meticulous attention to detail. Conduct thorough inspections and maintenance of solar installations to ensure optimal performance. Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Ensure all safety protocols and best practices are followed. What you'll need: Proven experience in solar installation, with a track record of leadership. Blueprint reading and interpretation skills Proficiency in using hand tools for solar panel installation Strong electrical background with knowledge of high and low voltage systems Strong ability to manage projects, timelines, and team dynamics while maintaining high work quality. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for precision and high standards. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong work ethic and the ability to inspire and motivate a team while providing excellent customer facing experiences for homeowners. All candidates must have reliable transportation, be insurable to drive company vehicles and have a valid Oregon Trainee Card to be considered for this position. Why Infinity Solar? Competitive Base Salary $30-$34 an hour with negotiable per panel rate production bonus opportunities. Full benefits including medical, dental, and vision after 60 days, with the company covering 75% of employees' portion.
