Electrical Crew Lead Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and complies with NEC and local electrical codes Troubleshoot system issues and resolve electrical problems efficiently Collaborate with local inspectors to ensure successful code compliance Interpret and work from electrical and structural PV system designs Assist in completing installation reports, documentation, and job-related paperwork

Requirements:

Strong understanding of solar components, systems, and installation practices In-depth knowledge of electrical work, roofing, and ground mount systems Ability to read and interpret wiring schematics and structural blueprints Familiarity with NEC and ability to apply code to real-world installations Ability to perform advanced electrical calculations Skilled in conduit and wire sizing for solar installations Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal) Proven leadership abilities and teamwork mindset Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Must pass mandatory drug screening , medical exam , and reference checks OSHA 30 certification required Why Join LivSmart Solar?
