Solar InstallerI/II/III
Job Description:
- We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Solar Installers to join our dynamic team. Depending on your experience level, you may join us as a Solar Installer I, II, or III. Your role will be vital in contributing to our mission of providing clean and renewable energy solutions to our clients. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a passion for sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install photovoltaic (PV) systems in accordance with codes and standards using plans, schematics, and instructions provided by other team members.
Travel Requirement:
3-4 Weeks Travel, 1 week no-travel.Qualifications:
For Solar Installer I:
Entry-level position with basic knowledge of solar technology and construction.For Solar Installer II:
1-2 years of experience in solar installation or related field.For Solar Installer III:
2-4 years of experience in solar installation or in a supervisory capacity. High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or training in renewable energy is a plus. Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions. Excellent physical condition with the ability to lift and move heavy equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.Benefits:
