Position Summary As a solar installer of ReNew Solar Solutions, you represent our brand and therefore, are treated as an invaluable member of our family! You will be responsible for planning and installing solar arrays for both residential and commercial structures. Safe work practices, self-starter mentality and excellent communication skills are critical. Training and certification will be invested in you, so you may build a "career" in this high growth industry with our company. Job Duties Layout assembly and installation of solar array and mounting equipment Assist with electrical wiring of all energy products, including battery storage & back-up Prepare materials for each installation job Help coordinate work flow; follow installation procedures & processes Provide "beyond expectations" customer communication, and exceptional experience for our customers.
