Who should apply Recent graduates, career changers, tradespeople, veterans, and others entering renewable energy. Safety-focused, dependable individuals comfortable working at height and ready for hands-on field work. Candidates willing to travel for training and relocate for assignments across the United States. Minimum requirements High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license; authorization to work in the United States. Ability to climb stairs and ladders while carrying up to 50 lbs. Willingness to travel for training and relocate across the USA. Training and funding The two-week course is delivered across STL USA's two Abilene, Texas training sites. Full employer scholarships may be available, along with fully or partially funded training, scholarships, and apprenticeship options.
