Job Description

Overview Joining our set up crew to help set up manufactured houses to families! Duties Assist with the installation of building materials for manufactured homes Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and measuring devices such as tape measures to accurately perform setup tasks - all tools provided. Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols during setup processes Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of setup activities while maintaining a safe work environment Requirements Proven construction site experience with familiarity in building material installation and remodeling projects Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and measuring devices such as tape measures Experience with laying plumbing pipe, electrical pipe, and sewer piping is highly desirable Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety standards on active construction sites Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients when necessary Capable of performing dimensional measurements accurately for precise setup work This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in construction management, estimating, inspection, or fabrication. Pay:
$150.00 - $250.00 per day
