If you have roofing, framing, solar, construction, or electrical installation experience, or if you are a "Jack of All Trades" you'll play a pivotal dual role in furthering the best heat cable company in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation:
Plan layouts for and install several different roof and gutter ice melt systems
Customer Service:
Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional solutions.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve problems in existing roof and gutter ice melt systems, improving the overall system when required.
Testing:
Conduct thorough inspections of roof and gutter ice melt systems and electrical control devices.
Training:
Train other technicians for premium job performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in residential and light commercial trades of Roofing, Framing, Solar Panel, Construction, or Electrical installation. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills Teachability - learn the standard installation processes and procedures for a unique and growing industry Strong understanding of electrical codes (NEC)
