What You'll Do Install residential solar photovoltaic (PV) systems according to engineered plans and manufacturer specifications. Assemble and mount solar panels, racking systems, and related equipment. Follow electrical, building, and safety codes to ensure quality installations. Measure, layout, and install equipment with precision. Work alongside a skilled team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and professionally. Maintain a clean and organized job site while delivering an outstanding customer experience. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience installing solar PV systems is preferred but we're willing to train motivated individuals with construction or electrical experience. Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and hand/power tools. Ability to read blueprints, engineered drawings, and equipment manuals. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive, team-first attitude. Dedication to safety and following company procedures. Physical Requirements Comfortable working on rooftops and at heights. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Able to climb ladders, kneel, bend, crouch, and perform physically demanding work. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred.
