Job Description

Solar PV Installer | Immediate Start Skip the indoor desk job and earn strong pay working with your hands in clean energy. We are adding Solar PV Installers to our field crews to handle roof layout, racking setup, and module placement. Bring a strong work ethic—we'll teach you the trade.

Your Daily Responsibilities Rooftop Assembly:
Install solar racking systems, penetrations, and waterproofing on composite shingle, tile, and metal roofs.
Panel Setup:
Unload, hoist, position, and fasten solar modules according to site blueprints.
Wire Management:
Connect panel leads, route electrical cabling neatly under arrays, and secure microinverters/optimizers.
Site Execution:
Keep work areas clean, organize staging zones, and strictly maintain fall-protection anchor points. Qualifications Comfortable working on steep roofs, ladders, and at heights up to 3 stories. Able to lift and carry heavy equipment (50+ lbs) continuously outdoors. Basic familiarity with power tools (impact drivers, angle grinders, cordless drills). Valid driver's license and/or dependable transportation to job sites.

$22.00 per hour
