No experience required About the Job ReLight Exterior Lighting is looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our installation team. We install permanent outdoor lighting systems on residential homes. You don't need previous lighting or electrical experience and we'll train you from the ground up.

The biggest requirement is simple:

you need to be comfortable working on roofs and at heights. You'll work alongside an experienced installer learning how to install, wire, and set up permanent outdoor lighting systems on homes. What You'll Do Install permanent outdoor lighting on residential homes Work on roofs, ladders, and around the exterior of homes Assist with running and securing lighting components Learn our installation process through paid training Keep the work area clean and organized Work with a small installation team Provide a professional experience for our customers What We're Looking For No previous experience is required. We're looking for someone who: Is comfortable working on roofs and at heights Is reliable and shows up on time Is physically capable of working outdoors throughout the day Has a good attitude and is willing to learn Takes pride in doing clean, high-quality work Can work well with a small team Has reliable transportation to job sites Lives in or near our service area Experience in construction, roofing, landscaping, electrical work, or other hands-on trades is a plus — but not required.
