We are looking for experienced solar installation subcontractor crews for ongoing residential solar projects across Wyoming . This is a strong long-term opportunity for qualified crews looking for consistent install volume , reliable communication, and steady work. What We Offer Steady year-round install volume Fast and reliable pay Net 7-14 payment options available Materials staged and ready on-site Pre-approved, clean projects Dedicated project coordination Long-term partnership opportunities for high-performing crews Responsibilities Install residential solar systems, primarily rooftop systems Complete installs safely, efficiently, and on schedule Make sure all work meets code requirements and passes inspection Coordinate with project managers and inspectors as needed Maintain a clean, professional job site at all times Requirements Proven residential solar installation experience Ability to complete installs that pass inspection Licensed and insured, as required by Wyoming regulations Must have your own crew and tools Reliable transportation Strong communication and professionalism Preferred Qualifications 3-6 person crew Experience working in high-volume install environments Ability to complete multiple installs per week Experience with different roof types and mounting systems Compensation Competitive per-install pay Performance bonuses available Increased volume available for high-performing crews Schedule Monday to Friday Weekend work available based on workload Work Location Multiple residential job sites across Wyoming How to Apply Please include the following with your application: Crew size Areas you service Solar installation experience Photos of past work, if available Best contact information
