About the Role We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Drain Installer Helper to assist our installation crews with residential and commercial drain work. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position that requires the ability to work outdoors, perform heavy lifting, and assist with digging and demolition tasks. The Drain Installer Helper will work alongside experienced installers to prepare work areas, move materials, and assist with the installation and repair of drainage systems. The ideal candidate is reliable, willing to learn, comfortable performing physical labor, and takes pride in doing the job safely and correctly. What You'll Be Doing

• Dig holes and trenches by hand and with basic tools as needed.
• Operate a jackhammer to break up concrete, asphalt, and other materials.
• Assist with excavation and preparation of work areas.
• Run buckets and move dirt, debris, gravel, and other materials.
• Assist Drain Installers with installation and repair projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow all company safety procedures and instructions.
• Work efficiently as part of a team in physically demanding conditions.
