Job Description

Schedule Monday-Friday, start 7:45 a.m. at the shop in Vail. Saturday only if needed, start 6:45 a.m. Hours vary. Some days about 3 hours. Some days about 9 hours. Job Summary Pool Water Savers is a small southeast Tucson pool company. We run weekly residential routes, mobile pool water purification and tile cleaning. We train you. Prior pool-company experience is not required. Currently most weeks consist of a mixture of pool purification setup and takedowns, weekly maintenance stops and tile help, or shop and yard work.
You will:
Service residential pools on routes east of Houghton Road (Vail, Rita Ranch, Civano, Corona de Tucson, and nearby southeast Tucson) Drive a company truck on the route after you are cleared Keep stops clean, test and treat water as trained, and be professional with customers Help with pool water purification setup and takedown at customer sites, including rolling out and picking up hoses Help with tile cleaning as needed Help at the shop and yard: cleaning, weeding, trailer upkeep, oil changes, and assisting with RO membrane swaps and other equipment work Work outdoors in Tucson heat A short day might be a few pool stops. A long day might be pool stops plus an RO job, tile help, or shop work. You commute to the shop in your own vehicle. The company truck is for routes and job sites, not for getting to work. This is physical outdoor work. You will lift and carry equipment and hoses, get wet, kneel, bend, and work in the heat.
What you need:
Live in or commute easily from Vail, Rita Ranch, Corona de Tucson, or southeast Tucson east of Houghton Road Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company truck Reliable transportation to the shop on time A working cell phone you can answer by call and text during work hours Ability to work the start times above and varying part-time hours Willingness to learn our methods Useful backgrounds, none required: landscaping, ranch or farm work, shop helper, construction labor, military, warehouse, or any outdoor job where showing up mattered.
