We maintain and repair commercial properties across the Tri-Valley, the East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula.
THE WORK
Commercial flooring: carpet tile, VCT, LVT, base, and repair/replacement work that comes with interior remodels and make-ready turnovers in occupied buildings.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Commercial flooring install and repair. Carpet tile, VCT, LVT. Subfloor prep and patching. Base and transitions. Valid California driver's license.
NICE TO HAVE
After-hours work in occupied buildings. Moisture testing.
