- Lead and supervise countertop installation in primarily residential construction projects
- Coordinate and manage the installation process from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure that all installations are completed accurately and according to project requirements
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety regulations Requirements
- Proven experience as a lead installer for a minimum of 3 years.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Strong knowledge and skills in granite and quartz fabrication, cutting, repair, seaming and finishing
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks as required
- Experience templating
- Experience with e-template or laser template, or willing to learn
