  • Lead and supervise countertop installation in primarily residential construction projects
  • Coordinate and manage the installation process from start to finish
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Ensure that all installations are completed accurately and according to project requirements
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety regulations Requirements
  • Proven experience as a lead installer for a minimum of 3 years.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in granite and quartz fabrication, cutting, repair, seaming and finishing
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks as required
  • Experience templating
  • Experience with e-template or laser template, or willing to learn
