Job Description
Blue Collar Q Landscaping is a growing, locally owned company serving Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and the surrounding SW Florida communities. We are adding a part-time Landscape Installer to our install crew. This is install work, not mowing, and we are looking for someone who has already done it and can hit the ground running.
Schedule:
roughly 20-30 hours per week, weekday daytime. More hours and full-time are available for the right person as our install schedule grows. What you'll do:- Dig holes and plant trees, palms, shrubs, and annuals
- Spread mulch, rock, and soil by wheelbarrow and by hand
- Trim and shape hedges, bushes, and palms
- Move and set rock, stone, sod, and pavers
- Grade, rake, and clean up job sites so they finish sharp
- Load and unload trailers and keep tools and equipment clean and ready What we're looking for:
- Previous landscaping or install experience (you already know your way around a shovel, wheelbarrow, and hedge trimmer)
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in the Florida heat
- Shows up on time, works clean, and takes pride in the finished product
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Cape Coral and Fort Myers
- Valid driver's license preferred Pay is $18-22 per hour depending on experience.
