We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, windows, and more — and we're looking for a skilled, detail-oriented specialist to join our field team. Primary Responsibilities Tile setting — floor and wall installations in kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas LVP (luxury vinyl plank) flooring installation Demolition and site prep — removing old flooring, tile, fixtures, and materials Cleanup and job site care throughout and at completion of work Assisting with cabinet, door, and general remodeling tasks as needed Material pickups and deliveries to job sites What We're Looking For 1-2 years of hands-on tile setting and/or LVP flooring experience Strong attention to detail — your work will be in customers' homes and it shows Reliability and a positive, team-first attitude Own vehicle in good working condition Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and personal auto insurance Comfortable working in occupied residential homes and directly around homeowners Ability to work independently and take direction from a lead superintendent Familiarity with a range of flooring materials and substrates Nice to Have Experience with cabinet or door installation Own basic hand and tile tools We're a small team that does quality work and treats every customer's home with respect.
