We are a local tile, grout and natural stone restoration business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented technician to help restore surfaces at our customers' properties. Relevant experience is welcome, and we provide supervised training in our products, methods and company app. What you'll do

• Clean and restore tile, grout and natural stone.
• Prepare surfaces and apply appropriate cleaners and sealers.
• Protect customers' property and follow our quality and safety procedures.
• Communicate professionally with customers, explain the work and bring unresolved concerns to your manager.
• Use our company app to view appointments and job details, prepare invoices and collect payment immediately after completing the work. Schedule and pay
• Full-time, five days per week, Monday through Friday, typically 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Daily job assignments follow the job calendar.
• Base pay of $175 per workday, with adjustments considered based on relevant experience.
• Weekly payment every Monday for the previous week's work, during the initial month and subsequent W-2 employment.
• Company van and fuel card for business travel provided after successful completion of the one-month trial period.

Training and getting started Your first month is a paid training and evaluation period. You'll work alongside our existing technician under the supervision of our General Manager, learning our Sales & Operations procedures, products and application. You'll need your own reliable vehicle to reach the agreed training and job locations during this first month. Our intention is to continue with W-2 employment after the first month, if both sides agree to proceed. Initial engagement terms will be confirmed before you start. What we're looking for

• Reliability, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable communicating in English with customers and teammates.
• Ability to reach job and training locations in the Jupiter-Port St. Lucie area.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and learning a work app.
• Relevant hands-on experience is a plus.
