Paver Sealing Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a rapidly growing and detail-oriented Paver Sealing Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying proprietary sealants to paver surfaces, ensuring durability, aesthetic appeal, and long-lasting protection. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces, enhance curb appeal, and maintain the integrity of paved surfaces across various projects. Responsibilities Prepare paver surfaces by cleaning, sweeping, and inspecting for cracks or damage prior to sealing. Mix and apply sealants using appropriate hand tools and power tools, ensuring even coverage and optimal adhesion. Follow detailed work orders to accurately execute sealing procedures according to project specifications. Operate machinery and power tools safely while adhering to all safety protocols on job sites. Conduct inspections during and after application to verify quality standards and proper sealing techniques. Coordinate with admin and sales teams to schedule work efficiently and meet deadlines. Maintain all safety equipment, tools, and materials in excellent condition for consistent performance. Maintain a valid drivers license and safely operate a company vehicle. Skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation relevant to sealing projects. Strong mechanical knowledge. Experience with construction, pressure washing, or exterior home cleaning are helpful. Knowledge of construction safety standards and ability to work effectively in diverse environments (residential and commercial). Be ready to show up to work on time each day with a positive attitude!
