Performance Pay:

Hourly pay depending on experience and skills. Ask about team based performance-based at-risk compensation.

Flexible Schedule :

No nights. Shifts primarily during daytime hours with some weekends as necessary. We schedule the appointments.

The Position:

Qualifications:

Tile or Grout experience is a must. Must have experience working with silicone caulks and all types of grouts Must have cell phone with service. Have a valid driver's license without restrictions (non-optional). Criminal background checks required Ability to work on knee pads and wear company shirts, and put on booties. Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Commitment to wearing masks and following safety protocols throughout all tasks.

Schedule:

Mon - Friday 830-6pm with no restrictions Day shift Weekends as needed Services we offer our customers: Regrouting, Re-caulking, Grout cleaning, Grout color sealing Tile repair, Tile replacement, Tile installation Water damage repair behind tile work only (we don't do drywall repairs but is a plus if you have experience) If you are interested in being trained, feel free to apply and state that you don't have much experience.
