The Grout Medic is looking for dependable part-time technicians to join our team in the St. Petersburg/Pinellas County area. No tile or grout experience is required. We're happy to train the right people. What matters most to us is that you show up when you say you will, work hard, pay attention to detail, and take pride in doing a job well. What You'll Do You'll work in customers' homes on tile and grout cleaning, restoration, sealing, regrouting, and other tile and grout services. The work is hands-on and can be repetitive and physical, including spending time working close to the floor. If you like taking something worn or dirty and making it look dramatically better, this can be really satisfying work. What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Able to work independently without constant supervision Hardworking and comfortable with physical, hands-on work Detail-oriented and proud of producing quality work Coachable and willing to learn Respectful of customers and their homes Able to get better and more efficient with repetition Reliable transportation to customer job sites, with a backup transportation plan if needed Pay & Growth Starting pay is $18-$22/hour , depending on experience and ability. As you learn to produce great work efficiently and consistently, there is room to earn more. Production matters — we have customer jobs to complete every day — but quality matters too. Experience Previous experience with tile, grout, flooring, cleaning, construction, handyman work, or other trades is helpful, but not required . We can teach the technical skills to someone who is reliable, coachable, and willing to work. Background checks are required.
