Landscape Installation Crew Member — Trophy Landscape Design Get paid to build beautiful outdoor spaces If you're tired of being cooped up inside, this is a chance to work outdoors, learn useful skills, and get paid to help build one-of-a-kind landscapes. Full-time field role | $16-$22/hour based on experience and skill | Clarkesville, GA 30523 | 38-42 hours/week | 10-hour shifts | 4-day work week | 3-day weekends Trophy Landscape Design selects friendly, self-motivated people who enjoy learning new things, love the outdoors, and take pride in quality workmanship. No previous landscaping experience is required. You'll work under the direction of the Installation Crew Leader with support from the Operations Manager. Is this you? You would rather build something outdoors than sit inside all day. You notice details and care when the finished work looks right. You like learning new tools, equipment, and construction skills. You want a professional, low-drama crew where you can grow. The work You'll help build exceptional outdoor living spaces across the Clarkesville area and surrounding service area. Depending on your skill level and training, your work may include: Planting and preparing landscape beds. Supporting grading, drainage, and site preparation. Installing hardscape and outdoor-living features. Moving and caring for plants, stone, soil, and other materials. Using hand tools and learning to operate machinery and high-tech tools. Keeping tools, materials, and work areas organized. Completing cleanup so each jobsite is safe and client-ready. The work is physical and outdoors. Heat, cold, dirt, changing terrain, and wildlife—including venomous varieties—are part of the experience. You must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. What success looks like Your assigned work is completed with attention to detail, quality workmanship, and minimal rework. You follow detailed instructions, stay organized, and keep your portion of the work moving. You protect the client's property, follow safety direction, and help leave each jobsite clean and finished. You ask questions before guessing and apply coaching as you learn. Pay structure We offer tiered pay based on experience and demonstrated skill level: Level 1 —
Entry Level or Some Experience:
$16.00-$19.00/hour; basic construction, landscaping, running small engines, hand tools, or planting experience. Level 2 —Experienced:
$19.00-$22.00/hour; Level 2 qualifications plus experience operating skid steers, excavators, or zero-turn mowers. Pay progression is based on demonstrated skill, safe equipment use, reliability, quality workmanship, organization, and the ability to work more independently—not simply time on the job. Where it goes You'll build skills across planting, grading, hardscape, equipment, and jobsite closeout. Strong performance can lead to higher skill-level pay, more independent work, and possible crew-lead responsibility as Trophy grows. Exact timing and titles depend on business growth and demonstrated performance. Benefits 8 paid holidays, including your birthday, after 6 months of service. 1 week of paid vacation after 1 year of service, plus 1 extra day per year thereafter up to 2 weeks. Paid personal days.
