Job Description
Farmwood Flooring LLC is building a reliable bench of 1099 flooring installers for upcoming commercial and residential projects across the Atlanta metro. We are looking for experienced installers who take pride in clean, professional work and can complete scopes independently. Responsibilities Install LVT, carpet tile, VCT, rubber base, transitions, and floor prep Install LVP, laminate, and hardwood for residential projects Follow scope, plans, and site requirements Maintain clean work areas and communicate clearly Provide your own tools, transportation, and crew (if applicable) Submit photos of completed work for approval Requirements Experience with LVT and carpet tile (commercial preferred) Ability to install LVP, laminate, hardwood a plus Must have reliable transportation Must have installation tools Must be able to work independently Must provide photos of past work Must carry general liability insurance or be willing to obtain it Compensation Paid per scope Rates vary by material type and project size Payment issued same day upon completion and approval How to Apply Submit the following: Name Phone number What you install Photos of recent work Crew size Availability Qualified installers will be contacted for upcoming projects.
