In this role, you will be responsible for the precise installation of quartz and granite surfaces, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, utilizing your skills in fabrication and construction techniques. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for creating beautiful, durable surfaces, we want to hear from you! Duties Measure, cut, and fabricate quartz and granite materials according to project specifications using hand tools and power tools. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying appropriate adhesives or sealants for secure attachment. Install countertops, vanities, backsplashes, and other custom surfaces with precision and attention to detail. Operate forklift as needed for material handling or site preparation. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of installations. Perform quality inspections during and after installation to verify adherence to safety standards and design specifications. Skills Efficient and punctual - must be on time! Must have a drivers license with experience operating a truck and enclosed trailer. Proficiency in reading a tape measure. Experience with fabrication techniques specific to quartz and granite materials. Skilled in the use of hand tools (e.g., chisels, grinders) and power tools (e.g., drills, saws). Knowledge of construction management practices including site safety protocols and inspection procedures. Familiarity with plumbing, electrical systems, caulking, trim carpentry, drywall finishing, and masonry is a plus. Strong understanding of schematics related to fixtures installation such as cabinets, doors, flooring, tile laying, and restoration projects.
