Granite Fabricator / Installer Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Granite Fabricator / Installer to join our team. This position involves fabricating and installing granite, quartz, and other stone surfaces for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-minded, and able to work as part of a team handling large, heavy materials. Responsibilities Fabricate stone countertops using saws, polishers, and hand tools to meet job specifications Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting granite slabs safely in the shop and to job sites Perform installations including setting, leveling, seaming, and securing countertops Team carry and maneuver heavy stone pieces (often 150-400+ lbs) using proper lifting techniques and equipment Operate shop equipment such as a bridge saw, pneumatic polishers, and forklifts (training provided as needed) Read and follow measurements, layouts, and job drawings accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area in both shop and job sites Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE at all times Requirements Ability to lift 75+ lbs individually and team carry much heavier pieces daily Comfortable with physically demanding work (standing, bending, lifting, carrying) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work well with others in a team environment Basic experience with hand tools and power tools Preferred (Not Required) Experience in granite, quartz, or solid surface fabrication/installation Forklift or equipment operation experience Construction, cabinet, or finish carpentry background What We Offer Full-time, steady work Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to learn a skilled trade Team-oriented work environment
