In this role, you will be responsible for accurately measuring, cutting, and preparing siding materials to ensure seamless installation on various residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will contribute to delivering high-quality craftsmanship while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Measure and cut siding materials precisely according to project specifications using hand tools, and power tools. Prepare materials for installation by trimming, shaping, and fabricating components as needed. Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing siding supplies on-site to ensure smooth workflow. Support the installation team by providing accurately cut materials and ensuring proper fitment during siding application. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and performing routine equipment inspections. Collaborate with team members on framing, stucco, masonry, roofing, and other related construction tasks as required. Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with familiarity in siding installation or related trades such as carpentry or remodeling. Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., saws, hammers), power tools (e.g., drills, cutters), and fabrication equipment. Knowledge of construction estimating, roofing, stucco application, masonry, plumbing, welding, tile laying, and heavy lifting is a plus. Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites with a focus on quality craftsmanship. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during work shifts. Experience with metal stud framing, concrete forming, restoration work or handyman tasks is advantageous. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills within the construction industry.
