Position Overview:

This role begins as a trainee with a clear path to becoming a skilled Tile & Stone Restoration Technician . You'll learn to restore tile, grout, and natural stone surfaces (such as marble, travertine, and granite) through hands-on training.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Perform restoration services on tile, grout, and natural stone surfaces, including cleaning, sealing, and polishing Learn and apply stone restoration techniques such as honing and surface refinement Execute caulking, grout color sealing, and surface protection applications Conduct pre-job walk-throughs and secure final customer approval upon completion Identify opportunities to recommend additional services Collect payment and accurately report job details to management Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper inventory of company vehicle and equipment Deliver excellent customer service and request referrals from satisfied clients

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Positive attitude with strong customer-facing communication skills Ability to learn technical processes related to stone and surface restoration Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform hands-on work daily Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated Preferred Experience (Not Required): Any experience in tile, grout, flooring, or home improvement trades Exposure to stone care or floor maintenance is a plus, but not required We are willing to train motivated individuals with strong work ethic and attention to detail

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Ability to safely and legally park a company vehicle at your residence Willingness to occasionally work evenings or Saturdays (scheduled in advance) Must have a working smartphone
