Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working in school settings, especially with K-8 students, is highly valued Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and guardians Ability to implement behavior intervention plans effectively Compassion, patience, and dedication to serving children with diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions to students Participate in the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans alongside school professionals Accurately collect and record data on student progress and behaviors Communicate regularly with supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and educational teams Support classrooms in the development of positive routines and reinforcement strategies Foster a supportive, encouraging atmosphere that empowers every student
