We are seeking a professional and talented finisher to join our team! The role of the Field Finisher is to work on high-end, residential projects, collaborate with their team members and uphold company Standards of Quality, Service & Safety.

Essential Functions:

Carry out company Mission & Vision Abide by all company Standards of Quality, Service & Safety Work efficiently and collaboratively with all Team Members Conscious leadership, integrity and passion

Proficiencies:

Knowledge and experience working on high-end interiors and exteriors Spraying Color mixing & matching skills Attention to detail; ability to identify and correct imperfections in finishes and overall work quality. Proficient with Smartphone Slack for project communication (training available)

Role & Responsibilities:

Attends mandatory weekly Monday Morning Team Meetings Adheres to all company policies including Standards of Quality, Service & Safety Reports to Project Manager Change order requests by client Report unforeseen issues related to scope of work Property damage Safety violations or occurrences Training or performance coaching with Crew Members Coordinate Project Details Communicates daily directions and project details to Crew Members Transporting right equipment to job when needed & returning to shop in proper location Setting up equipment on job sites Daily safety checks on equipment Understands and executes work orders in a timely and professional manner Maintains clean & organized work areas and securely stores equipment & supplies Ensures Standards of Quality, Service & Safety are upheld Follows all safety policies and procedures by OSHA Standards Inspects work for highest quality Strict attention to detail Clean and professional appearance

Qualifications:

5+ years' experience Legal to work in U.S. Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Owns basic hand tools and ladders

Compensation, Benefits & Details:

40hrs work per week $28.00 - $35.00 per hour Health insurance after 60 days Aflac insurance (supplemental) Paid Time Off Simple IRA after 3 years Company attire/uniforms provided Advancement opportunities Work Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday work
