What to expect:

Initial training period that consists of being a basic helper on a lifting crew Check-off for safety and basic procedures such as drilling holes and mixing material (includes pay increase) Job locations vary. Common locations include houses, parks, schools, streets, shopping centers, warehouses, stores, factories, apartments, housing additions, marinas, etc. Times per location vary between 1 hour to 2 weeks per location (approximate) Vehicle and trailer driving course followed by check-off for driving (includes pay increase) Technical operations training in slab-jacking, grinding, flush-cutting, bollard and sign installations, mechanics, structural pier installation, etc. (each service includes designated pay increase) Pre-qualifications include: 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license with clean driving record Legal US citizen Ability to pass a background check Good communication skills Coachable and good at taking direction Self-discipline Ability to drive a non-CDL truck with trailer or willingness to learn to Willingness to learn, and train others as you grow Unrestricted lifting ability Ability to climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl when needed Professionalism Work organization Attention to detail

Pay:

$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
