This position is a blended role position, including templating, tracking client projects, operating stone fabricating equipment and assisting on installs. Su Casa Tile & Granite focuses on quality and good customer service and is locally owned and managed. Templating requires accurate measurement of countertop projects and confirmation of customer project specifications. Templater is also responsible to audit project scope, track customer provided sinks, coordinate with client management staff & pass off project information to fabrication staff. The ideal candidate has experience in a construction industry. Must have high attention to detail, and work with fabrication team to meet production goals. Must have good communication skills, work well with a team and be on time every day.
Machine operator responsibilities include:
Operate and monitor machines according to established procedures and guidelines, set up machines (including tooling, materials, and other necessary components) for production runs, perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance, troubleshoot issues that may arise during production and make necessary adjustments or repairs. Must maintain a clean and organized work area. Must be friendly, helpful, honest, self-motivated and detail oriented.
Requirements include:
High School or higher education, Must be mechanically inclined "handy"; Basic math skills and experience measuring and cutting; Experience using power tools; Able to operate fork lift; Able to lift 75 lbs. Pass a drug test and a background check. Have valid drivers license and good driving record. Full time:
7 am•3:30 pm Mon•Fri. Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
Hourly:
$18•22 / hr depending on experience.
