Responsibilities Assist with the construction and installation of paver patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, seat walls, granite steps, and landings Work with natural stone and concrete products to create outdoor living spaces Participate in site preparation, excavation, grading, and drainage tasks Perform masonry repairs and restoration as needed Support landscape construction activities, including planting trees, shrubs, and perennials, installing loam and mulch, and completing site-finish work Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized jobsite Collaborate with team members and follow direction from crew leaders and managers For experienced candidates: Oversee jobsite layout, grades, base preparation, cutting, setting materials, and finishing work For crew leaders: Direct crew activities, coordinate materials, maintain productivity, and communicate with management and clients Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team Willingness to learn new skills and follow direction Ability to work safely in an outdoor, physically active environment Good communication skills and a positive attitude Takes pride in producing quality work Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred For experienced roles: Knowledge of masonry or hardscape installation, jobsite layout, grades, base preparation, cutting, setting materials, and finishing work For crew leader roles: Experience directing crews, coordinating materials, maintaining productivity, and communicating with management and clients Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and ability Opportunities for advancement Consistent work with a growing, established company Modern equipment and a professional work environment Training and development for employees who want to grow A variety of high-quality residential and commercial projects Offered compensation: $26/yr - $45/yr Experience and License Requirements Equipment Operation (optional) Masonry and Hardscape Installation
