Job Overview Our company is looking to add to our install crew and service department. Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Seamless Gutter Installer to join our veteran team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality seamless gutters on single-family homes, commercial buildings and everything in between. This position offers a solid opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills in exterior home construction and contribute to the growth of a well established company. Compensation is based on experience. Compensation growth based on trade and skill growth. Pay rate can exceed range for highly qualified candidate.

Responsibilities Prepare job site:

setting up ladders and packing away, possibly multiple times today Help monitor trailer and shop inventory Construct custom gutters from our machines Install multiple styles of seamless gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards Perform related service tasks such as caulking, cleaning out gutters, clearing roofs, and standard gutter repair. Additional exterior services are performed such as soffit and facia installation, metal roofing installation and siding repairs Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project timelines are met and customer satisfaction is achieved Requirements Strong understanding of safety procedures related to ladder use and working at heights Ability to safely do ladder work up to at least 32 feet high Reliable transportation to company shop in Portage, Michigan Desire to grow your skills and trade knowledge Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward client and co-worker interactions Desired (Not Required) Gutter Machine Experience Blueprint Takeoff Service Estimation Roofing Experience Trailer Hauling Experience Metal Brake Experience Google Drive Understanding QuickBooks Knowledge Insurance Claim Experience We need people not afraid to work hard, get dirty (sometimes), and work as a team to get projects done daily. Pay:

$22.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
