As Certified Aging in Place Specialists, we are passionate about helping seniors maintain their independence safely in their homes. Our team strives to increase functionality, comfort, and style with each remodel. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming homes to enhance accessibility and comfort for our clients. While experience is preferred, we welcome individuals who are driven and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Tear out existing fixtures and prepare spaces for new installations Install kitchen and bathroom fixtures, including cabinetry, flooring, tile, and shower bases Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project completion Take initiative to solve problems and maintain high-quality standards Ensure safety protocols are followed on job sites

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required. Experience in installation is preferred Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team Detail-oriented and committed to quality workmanship Ability to lift at least 50 lbs, and up to 200 lbs with team assistance when necessary

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay starting at $18 but negotiable based on experience 6 paid holidays per year How to
