HAND POLISHER FOR OUR

1st or 2nd shift . We are looking for detail oriented, quality minded candidates to join our team. 1st shift position starts at $22 per hour and has a Sign-On BONUS of $2000.00. 2nd shift position starts at $22 per hour with a shift differential of 15% per hour equaling $25 per hour. And has a Sign-On BONUS of $3000.00. Come build precision products using granite and other materials to be used in the semi-conductor and other industries. You will work in our state-of-the-art, climate controlled facility located in Waite Park, Minnesota. We are in close proximity to St. Cloud, Sartell, Sauk Rapids, Clearwater and other central Minnesota cities/towns. Tru-Stone Technologies is an EEO/Affirmative Action employer.

Must be able to train on 1st shift. Differential starts upon hire. What will you do in this positions? Prepare and perform hand polishing of granite product and other mediums to print requirements, detailing work pieces as required. Will require other duties as needed. How will you do it? Follow established work procedures, and perform work assignments as required to meet all Starrett Tru-Stone safety, quality and production goals. Blueprint and work order reading and comprehension to determine product specifications and requirements. Measure work pieces and progress of work using measuring devices. Hand polish surfaces or components. Supports Operational Excellence and other continuous improvement programs as needed. What do you need to know? High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred Knowledge of precision measuring equipment a plus Experience needed? Will train the right candidate
