We're looking for a Tile & Grout Restoration Technician to join our growing team. If you have experience in tile, construction, remodeling, restoration, or similar trades, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Perform grout and tile restoration, repair, and maintenance Regrout, recaulk, and color seal grout lines for residential and commercial clients Replace damaged tiles and repair tile installations as needed Deliver clean, high-quality workmanship that meets The Grout Medic's standards Communicate professionally with customers and provide an excellent service experience Mud bed and shower pan replacement experience is a plus What We're Looking For Hands-on experience in tile, construction, remodeling, restoration, or a related trade preferred Dependable, punctual, and professional Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and good driving record Willingness to learn and grow with the company Why Join The Grout Medic?
