Job Description Acapulco Pools & Spa is looking for a highly experienced pool construction professional to join our team. We specialize in vinyl‑liner inground pool builds , concrete (gunite) pool remodels , and new pool construction . We need someone who can take a project from start to finish with craftsmanship, reliability, and strong problem‑solving skills. Responsibilities Lead and assist with vinyl‑liner inground pool installations Perform concrete/gunite pool remodels , including coping, tile, plaster prep, and equipment upgrades Oversee new pool construction , layout, excavation coordination, and structural setup Read and interpret plans, measurements, and job specifications Operate construction tools and equipment safely Troubleshoot on‑site issues and ensure high‑quality workmanship Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Maintain a clean, organized job site Requirements 5+ years of hands‑on experience in pool construction or remodeling Strong knowledge of vinyl‑liner pool systems, steel panels, plumbing, and equipment Experience with concrete pool renovation (tile, coping, plaster prep, demo) Ability to work independently and lead small crews Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather Preferred Skills Equipment installation (pumps, filters, heaters, automation) Skid steer or mini‑excavator experience Concrete forming or masonry background Tile and coping installation experience Schedule & Pay Full‑time, year‑round work Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for overtime and advancement About Us Acapulco Pools & Spa is a growing pool construction and renovation company serving Lincoln and surrounding areas.
