We serve residential and commercial clients throughout the Reno-Sparks area and are known for our craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail. About the Role Tahoe Tile and Stone Care is looking for a detail‑driven, reliable, and professional person to join our team as a Tile & Stone Care Specialist. This is a hands‑on role focused on cleaning, sealing, polishing, and restoring tile and natural stone surfaces in residential and commercial environments. We pride ourselves on delivering 5-star service, and the right person for this position takes pride in doing things correctly, enjoys hands-on work and understands that the small details matter. You don't need to be an expert in tile or stone care when you start - we provide paid on-the-job training on our processes, equipment, products and procedures so you can confidently perform the same standard of high‑quality work and communicate comfortably and clearly with customers. What You'll Do As a Tile & Stone Care Specialist, you will: Travel to residential and commercial job sites in a company vehicle. Perform professional cleaning, sealing, polishing, and restoration of tile and stone surfaces. Learn and correctly follow our processes, procedures, and product instructions. Arrive at each job prepared with the proper equipment, tools, supplies, and products. Complete work carefully and efficiently while maintaining our quality standards. Communicate with customers on-site in a polite, professional manner. Answer customer questions and provide appropriate after-care instructions once properly trained. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Safely operate specialized equipment and follow all safety procedures. Document work when required and follow specific manufacturer or vendor instructions. Assist other team members on larger or more involved projects. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and inventory of your assigned company vehicle. Drive responsibly and follow all traffic laws when operating a company vehicle. Requirements 18+ years old Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from our shop Ability to work various shifts depending on client needs Fluent in English (spoken and written) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions Ability to kneel, bend, stand and work on your feet for extended periods of time Ability to lift and carry job-related equipment and supplies Clean, professional appearance Strong work ethic and team‑oriented mindset Commitment to safety and proper equipment operation What We Expect Our reputation is built on the quality of our work and the experience we provide to our customers.
