Responsibilities Measure and cut gutter materials accurately using hand tools and power tools to ensure precise fit and seamless installation Install gutters, downspouts, brackets, and related components following blueprints, schematics, and construction plans Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding or ladders safely, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed Use construction management techniques to coordinate with team members and ensure timely project completion Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to guarantee proper functioning and aesthetic appeal Apply caulking, sealants, and other finishing techniques to ensure leak-proof connections and a clean appearance Operate heavy equipment when necessary for site preparation or material handling Experience Proven experience in construction site work, including roofing, carpentry, or general remodeling projects Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to gutter systems or similar structures Hands-on knowledge of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, and safety equipment usage Experience with construction estimating and project management is a plus Skills in working with various materials such as aluminum, vinyl, or steel for seamless gutter fabrication and installation Knowledge of related trades such as plumbing, electrical work, masonry, or restoration enhances versatility Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when required for site preparation or material transport We are committed to fostering a safe and inclusive work environment where every team member can grow their skills.
