The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Septic Installer/ Maintenance to work at a company located in the Claremore, OK area!

Benefits:

$25-$45 p/hr DOE 90 days full benefits Septic installer and maintenance technician will install, repair, and service onsite wastewater treatment systems for residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities Installation:

Excavate sites, set septic tanks, lay distribution pipes, and construct drain fields according to local building codes and permits.

Maintenance & Pumping:

Locate system components, uncover access lids, and operate pump trucks to remove accumulated sludge and waste.

Inspection & Diagnostics:

Assess structural integrity, check liquid levels and baffles, inspect pumps and filters, and troubleshoot system failures.

Repairs:

Replace damaged pipes, broken baffles, failing pumps, or worn-out risers and valves.

Site Work:

Operate heavy machinery like mini-excavators, skid steers, and trenchers, followed by proper backfilling and site grading.

Qualifications & Requirements Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift heavy objects (often 50 to 150 lbs) and perform strenuous outdoor labor in all weather conditions.

Equipment Skills:

Experience operating excavation machinery and specialized plumbing or pumping tools.

Knowledge:

Understanding of local environmental and health regulations regarding wastewater disposal 90 days will move to permanent employee, and become eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401k program.
