We take pride in high‑quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. We are looking for a reliable Installation Helper to support our Lead Installer on job sites and in the shop. Job Summary The Installation Helper plays a key supporting role in installing stone countertops and assisting with on‑site fabrication tasks. This position works closely with the Lead Installer to ensure each project is completed safely, accurately, and professionally. The ideal candidate is hardworking, eager to learn, and able to follow instructions with precision. This role also includes working in the shop as needed—helping with fabrication, polishing, cleanup, and preparing materials for upcoming jobs. Responsibilities Installation Support Assist the Lead Installer with transporting, carrying, and positioning stone countertops. Help set, level, and secure stone surfaces during installation. Support on‑site fabrication tasks including polishing, grinding, cutting, or other adjustments under supervision. Handle tools and materials safely and responsibly. Shop Assistance Help with fabrication prep, polishing, cutting, and general shop tasks when not on job sites. Maintain clean and organized workspaces. Professionalism & Teamwork Follow the Lead Installer's direction on site. Maintain respectful, professional communication with clients and team members. Assist in loading/unloading job materials and maintaining equipment. Safety Follow safety guidelines for lifting, stone handling, and tool use. Help ensure job sites and vehicles are kept safe and clean. Requirements Experience in stone, construction, or related trades is a plus but not required —we will train the right candidate. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions. Willingness to learn fabrication skills and proper stone‑handling techniques. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions. Reliable transportation; valid driver's license preferred. Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset. Why Join Us?
