Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cabinet Assembler & Installer, where you'll play a vital role in bringing beautiful, functional cabinetry to life. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work on custom projects, utilizing your carpentry skills and construction expertise. You will be responsible for assembling and installing cabinets with precision and care, ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately assemble cabinetry components. Assemble cabinets using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to meet project specifications. Install cabinets securely on-site, including door hanging, fixture installation, and alignment for optimal function and appearance. Perform framing, rebar installation, drywall finishing, and other related tasks as needed during installation projects. Conduct heavy lifting and precise measurements to ensure proper fit and finish of cabinetry in various settings. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols on construction sites or installation locations. Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project timelines are met and quality standards are upheld. Requirements Proven experience in cabinet assembly and installation or related construction roles such as trim carpentry or framing carpentry. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to cabinetry projects. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during assembly and installation tasks. Familiarity with construction site safety practices and OSHA regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs.
