In this role, you will lead the installation of various fencing systems, ensuring safety, precision, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in construction, carpentry, and landscape maintenance will be essential as you bring outdoor visions to life with skill and enthusiasm. We are a premium service company and our vision is to deliver top tier fence and outdoor solutions to the Memphis area. With acheivable goals our weekly bonus program will make you one of the best paid fence men in the Memphis area. Our team members will make about $8.40 - $11.20 per linear foot of fence built depending on their base hourly rate. You will not find a better pay rate in the local fence business. Our compensation package is designed to be among the highest paying opportunities in the local fence industry. Duties Measure, mark, and prepare sites for fence installation according to project specifications Assemble fence panels, posts, gates, and related components using hand tools and power tools Operate heavy machinery and equipment such as post drivers, concrete mixers, and welding tools to ensure sturdy installations Dig post holes, set posts in concrete or gravel bases, and ensure proper alignment and levelness Perform framing carpentry tasks for custom fencing solutions and structural supports Conduct site inspections to verify safety standards and quality control throughout each project phase Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris, and adhering to safety protocols Requirements Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or masonry with a focus on fencing or landscape projects Skilled in frame carpentry, concrete forming, masonry work, and concrete finishing techniques Ability to operate hand tools such as saws, hammers, drills, as well as power tools including post drivers and welding equipment Physical strength for heavy lifting, bending, digging, and working at heights in outdoor environments Knowledge of landscape maintenance and hardscape installation is a plus Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures and regulations Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail to ensure precise measurements and alignments Join us to build durable fences that enhance outdoor aesthetics while enjoying a rewarding environment where your craftsmanship makes a difference!
