Artifical Turf Installer

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Artificial Turf Installer to join our landscape and outdoor maintenance team. This role involves installing high-quality artificial turf for residential and commercial properties, ensuring a seamless and professional finish. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping, experience with various tools, and a keen eye for detail. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors on diverse projects, contributing to transforming outdoor spaces with precision and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Prepare installation sites by clearing existing surfaces, grading, and leveling the area Measure and cut artificial turf accurately to fit designated spaces Use hand tools and power tools to secure turf, including stakes, adhesives, and seam tape Install underlying materials such as weed barriers, drainage systems, and infill as needed Operate irrigation systems during or after installation to ensure proper water management Perform landscape maintenance tasks related to turf installation, including trimming and edging Conduct quality checks to ensure the turf is properly aligned, secured, and aesthetically pleasing Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris appropriately Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely Skills Experience with irrigation systems, landscape maintenance, and lawn care techniques Proficiency in using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, knives, and measuring tapes Familiarity with power tools including drills, saws, and staplers used in turf installation Knowledge of gardening, horticulture principles, and landscaping best practices Ability to operate equipment safely and effectively in outdoor environments Strong attention to detail with an eye for precision in measurements and finishing touches Good physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and working on-site for extended periods Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a professional attitude throughout projects This role is ideal for individuals passionate about outdoor work who enjoy hands-on craftsmanship in transforming landscapes. Prior experience in landscaping or turf installation is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
