Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented Polisher to join our countertop fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have experience with polishing, cutting, and finishing countertops, as well as assisting in various tasks such as sink cutting, miters, mobile repairs, and general cleanup. This role requires a strong understanding of fabrication techniques and the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Operate polishing machines and tools to finish and polish countertops, sinks, and other concrete surfaces. Cut and finish sink cutouts, miters, and other countertop components with precision. Assist in the fabrication process, including the cutting, shaping, and finishing of materials for various projects. Help move and handle large countertop pieces, ensuring safe handling and transportation. Perform general cleanup of the workspace, ensuring tools, equipment, and the area are clean and well-maintained. Assist with mobile countertop repairs, providing high-quality service at customer locations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and handling materials.
Qualifications:
Experience in countertop fabrication, polishing, or a similar field preferred. Ability to operate and maintain polishing machines and other equipment safely. Ability to cut and finish sink cutouts and miters with Comfortable assisting in mobile repairs and providing customer service at job sites. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude. Forklift experience is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
