Granite Installer

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage install crew on job sites Read and follow shop drawings and field measurements Ensure all installations are accurate, level, and properly secured Oversee seam placement, cuts, and final finish quality Maintain a clean and professional job site Communicate with project managers and general contractors Identify and resolve issues in the field Ensure all tools and materials are ready before install Train and guide crew members

Requirements:

3+ years experience in stone installation (quartz, granite, marble) Experience leading a crew Ability to read shop drawings and layouts Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills Valid driver's license Ability to lift heavy materials and work in the field

Preferred:

Experience with seam setting, polishing, and field modifications Good communication and leadership skills
