Intro:

Key Responsibilities:
Position and tamp cast-stone into molds for architectural pieces Ensure surfaces are level, free of air pockets and debris Maintain tools and follow safety protocols (PPE provided) Immediate hands-on training no red tape, no long onboarding process. . Your work becomes windowsills, columns, cornices pieces of buildings that last generations, including university and municipal projects.
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic, physical stamina (ability to lift heavy loads and stand for full shifts), and reliability. Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a hands-on, close-knit team. •Paid hourly during training at $16.00 after that pay per production •
Pay:
Hourly during training; production-based commission once fully trained. New hire bonus paid after 90 days.
